Business Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support decision-making across departments.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

Data Pipeline Development:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and other relevant technologies.

• Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Data Governance & Quality:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data profiling and cleansing processes.

• Collaborate on data governance initiatives to establish standardized data practices.

• Monitor and improve data quality to support accurate business decision-making.

Business Intelligence & Visualization:

• Develop interactive data dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support business reviews and technical monitoring.

• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Data Support & Troubleshooting:

• Manage and prioritize data support requests from business and product teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency.

• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Data Integration:

• Design and build scalable data integrations to support business needs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain high-volume inbound and outbound integrations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Information Management, or a related technical field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data integration, data engineering, or data analysis.

• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python.

• Experience with Big Data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Spark, Airflow).

• Familiarity with data modeling, analytics, and forecasting techniques. E

• xperience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Fluency communication in English, both verbal and written and Mandarin will be added as a plus advantage
