BLaST 1U17 is seeking a dynamic educational leader to serve as Assistant Executive Director. This position provides senior leadership for student services, educational planning, and behavioral health programs while driving innovation, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the region and state.

+ PA Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility (or eligible within 1

year) + Master's in Education, Leadership, or related field

+ 5+ years of administrative experience with program & budget oversight

+ Strong knowledge of state/federal education laws & program development

+ Proven leadership in staff supervision & strategic planning

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
