The Orchard Golf & Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Golf Professional / Membership Director to join our professional staff. This unique position blends traditional golf operations responsibilities with member engagement and growth initiatives, offering the right candidate a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on both the golf program and the club community.

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or Class A Member (or actively pursuing PGA Membership).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in golf operations and/or membership sales preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, tournaments, merchandising, and customer service.
• Managing and promoting member events, golf outings, and engagement opportunities.
• Overseeing membership recruitment, orientation, and retention programs.
• Serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for prospective members.
• Overseeing villa operations to include reservations and coordinating with housekeeping.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall member experience.
