Moon Valley Country Club is seeking an Assistant Professional/Tournament Director to join our team. This Full-Time position offers an excellent opportunity to help create memorable and unique experiences for the members here. The Assistant Professional/Tournament Director will be an integral part of the Golf Staff and help contribute to the overall culture of the club. Main resposabilities will be overseeing and directing all club tournaments and leagues.

Essential Responsibilities

• The Assistant Professional/Tournament Director will assist the Golf Staff in day-to-day aspects of the golf operation. This includes Golf Shop Sales and Special Orders, managing the POS System and Tee Sheet, monitoring the 1 st Tee and Pace of Play, and Shop upkeep.
• They must be able to work with a team and deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Communication is a priority as we strive to offer our membership unique experiences that align with the culture of the club.
• The Assistant Professional/Tournament Director will be responsible for the designing, organizing, and execution of all Golf Outings and Tournaments
• The Candidate must be proficient in Golf Genius, Microsoft Office, and POS Systems
• The Candidate will have Teaching opportunities with the membership
• It is preferred that the Candidate is a Class A PGA Professional or in the PGM Program, however, it is not required
