Responsibilities:
• Supports the day-to-day operational delivery of Global Mobility and immigration activities for a defined population.
• Provides advice, interpretation, and guidance on global mobility matters, HR policies, practices, and processes to the business for a defined population, escalating more complex issues to the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise as appropriate.
• Contributes to global mobility projects as a team member with ownership of certain elements of the project.
• Manages employee relations policies and procedures related to global mobility, escalating to Global Mobility Centre of Expertise as appropriate.
• Updates and maintains global mobility databases and liaises with wider operations team on updates to overall systems and processes.
• Manages work/case allocation for global mobility operations team and works to ensure global mobility are resolved appropriately and in accordance with defined KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Acts as an escalation point for Senior Associates for complex global mobility matters, supervising a team of Senior Associates and Associates in delivering day-to-day Global Mobility and immigration operations (where applicable).
• Works with Global Mobility leaders and business partnering colleagues to manage HR process, policy, and system updates.
• Monitors global mobility and immigration performance measures with a view to improving team performance and quality.
• Identifies service delivery issues and recommends solutions to known issues pertaining to the global mobility process.
• Works in partnership with Global Mobility Centre of Expertise to manage vendor relationships.
• Leads team management and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or equivalent and / or relevant qualification including previous HR experience.
• 10-12 years of experience, particularly in Global Mobility operations.
• Proven experience in leading teams within global and domestic mobility operations in a multinational corporation
• Experience working closely with external partners, such as relocation service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
