We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated AV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of world-class audiovisual solutions across our portfolio of projects, including command centers, immersive rooms, and large-scale video walls.

Role Highlights
As an AV Project Manager, you will:

Lead AV projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
Manage project budgets, procurement schedules, and installation resources.
Ensure compliance with AV standards, safety requirements, and commissioning processes.
Produce regular project reports and proactively escalate risks or issues.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing AV integration projects (control rooms, immersive spaces, meeting rooms).
Strong knowledge of AV systems: displays, control systems (Crestron/Extron/Q-SYS), DSPs, AV-over-IP networks.
Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with PMI or PRINCE2 project management methodologies is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
