Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or closely related, and at least one year of experience in all of the following: Analyzing data sets to uncover trends, make predictions, and support business decision-making; reviewing purchasing trends and purchase orders (POs) to optimize buying decisions, balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines; using SQL for data extraction and manipulation; creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to provide stakeholders with key performance indicators (KPIs); creating automated reports to improve data accessibility and decision-making speed for cross-functional teams; creating pivot tables and formulas in Excel for data analysis and report generation; ERP/EMR systems to support purchasing and operational functions; and data processing and analysis tools including Python or R.
