Description

A congressional campaign for New York’s Twelfth Congressional District is hiring a call time manager and body person. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the Democratic political world. This position will work directly with the candidate and the finance director.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

Staff call time, meetings with high dollar donors, and in-person events
Track pledges and handle call-time follow-up
Identify and target prospective donors for candidate outreach
Create event invitations and track event RSVPs
Help execute the day-to-day operations of the campaign
All other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

NYC based or willing to relocate
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
Strong communication skills 
Reliable laptop and cell phone 

The following are not required but would be beneficial: 

Experience using NGP
Experience doing donor research 
Experience on a political campaign
