CALL TIME MANAGER
The campaign of Villegas for Congress is seeking a Call Time Manager for the 2026 election cycle in California’s Central Valley in the seat CA-22. Randy Villegas’ campaign is taking no corporate PAC money, no fossil fuel money, and is focused on putting working families first.
The Call Time Manager will help oversee candidate call time, donor follow-up, assist in planning and staffing of fundraising events, as well as other administrative tasks. As part of this role, they will also provide day-to-day support to the Campaign Manager and Candidate. This is an exempt, full-time, entry-level position based in Bakersfield, CA and surrounding areas, with occasional travel.

ABOUT RANDY
Randy Villegas is an educator, auto shop owner, lifelong Central Valley resident and proud 30-year-old son of Mexican immigrants. He’s running because the Central Valley have been sold out by politicians from both parties for too long, and we need to build community power that answers only to the people - not to corporate donors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staffing call time with the candidate, and tracking pledges and contributions
- Donor follow up, pledge chase, and acknowledgement correspondence on behalf of the candidate
- Assist in data management of donors, events and volunteers
- Assist Campaign Manager in compliance processes and tasks
- Assist in the planning and staffing of fundraisers and events
- Prepare briefing materials for events, meetings and call time

JOB DETAILS
- Salary: $4,000-$5000 per month DOE with review for raise in January
- Location: Bakersfield, CA and surrounding areas with occasional travel in and out of state
- Reports to: Campaign Manager
- Start date: September 2025
- Hours: Rostered mainly Monday-Friday 8-5, as well as some evenings and weekends.

Requirements
- Organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Clear and constructive communication with wider team and direct report
- Experience with call time and database software preferred
- Access to a car and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Flexibility in taking on varied roles and tasks as needed
