Commodities Investment Analyst

Overview:
An established multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a Commodities Investor to join a top-performing team. The role focuses on Asia commodities and related sectors, working closely with senior PM on idea generation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental research across Asia commodities and related sectors to generate investment ideas
• Develop and maintain financial and valuation models to support investment decisions
• Monitor market developments, macro trends, and sector-specific catalysts
• Analyze company financials, supply-demand dynamics, and pricing drivers
• Support risk management and performance tracking across positions

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in commodities research, investing, or related roles
• Strong exposure to Asia commodities and adjacent equities
• Open to candidates from both buy-side and sell-side, with a preference for buy-side experience
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
