Description
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implement talent acquisition plans, manage and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to campus and experienced hires recruitment
- Work closely with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
- Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
- Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
- Manage projects related to recruitment process streamlining, assessment tools review and revamp, workflow digitalization and automation, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 7 years' relevant experience, in hedge fund, investment banking or financial institutions
- Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
