About CT CAN End Homelessness (CT CAN)
CT CAN End Homelessness is a statewide campaign coordinated by CCEH. As a collective impact initiative, CT CAN mobilizes stakeholders across sectors to solve homelessness in Connecticut through systems change, cross-sector collaboration, and bold, measurable action.
We believe homelessness is solvable—and we’re building the infrastructure, leadership, and momentum to prove it. Central to our approach is ensuring that people with lived experience of homelessness and frontline staff play meaningful roles in shaping strategies, informing decision-making, and holding the system accountable.

This Director will guide strategy execution, oversee coordination among partners, and ensure the campaign delivers measurable progress toward ending homelessness in Connecticut. Working closely with CCEH’s Chief Executive Officer, Directors, and staff, as well as the Steering Committee, regional Coordinated Access Networks (CANs), and statewide partners, the Director will drive alignment, foster collaboration, and hold the campaign accountable to equity-centered, data-informed outcomes.
Strategic Campaign Leadership
Work closely with the CT CAN End Steering Committee to co-design the campaign strategy, develop the statewide work plan, and oversee its implementation.
Lead execution of the CT CAN End Homelessness plan in collaboration with CCEH Directors and staff, ensuring activities are strategically aligned with statewide goals, regional needs, and equity priorities.
Guide committees, work groups, and partners to stay focused on shared priorities and measurable results.
Represent the campaign in statewide meetings, coalitions, and public forums, serving as a visible leader and trusted convener on behalf of the campaign.
Partner Engagement & Backbone Support
Manage relationships with key stakeholders—including state agencies, providers, advocacy groups, and community leaders—in partnership with relevant CCEH Directors.
Ensure individuals with lived experience have authentic, central roles in decision-making, governance, and strategy.
Lead the integration of best practices and innovations across the homeless response system in collaboration with CCEH’s Training and Technical Assistance team.
Promote cross-sector collaboration and lift the voices of communities most impacted by housing instability.

Track campaign performance and outcomes, ensuring accountability to inclusive, people-centered, data-informed goals.
Lead the development of shared dashboards and regular progress reports with support from the Data Strategy Board for the statewide campaign.
