Little River Learning Center (LRLC) is a dedicated, family-oriented daycare center committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to guide our team and ensure the highest quality care for our students.

As the LRLC Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and creating a positive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring, training, and supervising childcare staff, including teachers and assistants.
• Creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education best practices.
• Managing the center's budget and ensuring financial stability.
• Building strong relationships with parents and communicating effectively about their children's progress and well-being.
• Ensuring the center meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Building partnerships with community organizations and parents.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field.
• Valid state-issued license for childcare directors.
• At least 3 years of experience as a childcare director or supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children.
