Little River Learning Center (LRLC) is a dedicated, family-oriented daycare center committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children. As the LRLC Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and creating a positive learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, training, and supervising childcare staff, including teachers and assistants.
- Creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education best practices.
- Managing the center's budget and ensuring financial stability.
- Building strong relationships with parents and communicating effectively about their children's progress and well-being.
- Ensuring the center meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Building partnerships with community organizations and parents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field.
- Valid state-issued license for childcare directors.
- At least 3 years of experience as a childcare director or supervisor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children.
