Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tender/Project Delivery Manager to oversee high-level project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from tender submission to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary connection between stakeholders, technical teams, and customers, driving alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. With expertise in ICT/ELV projects as added value, risk management, and cross-functional leadership, you will ensure the internal projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

project Initiation & Stakeholder Alignment

• Lead kick-off meetings to define project scope, milestones, and action plans.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication between internal teams.
• Ensure updated action plans with all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Track progress against schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular status reviews (weekly/monthly) with teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk logs, change requests, and compliance records.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Oversee deliverable submissions, ensuring they meet quality, compliance, and contractual requirements.
• Manage dependencies and resolve bottlenecks to prevent delays.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify project risks (e.g., delays, Resource constraint, technical challenges) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management with data-driven recommendations.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related updates.
• Provide executive-level reports (dashboards, progress summaries) to stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and alignment through structured meetings, emails, and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, ELV, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL.

Experience

• 5+ years in project coordination, ICT tendering, or delivery management (preferably in ELV, IT infrastructure, or government/enterprise projects).
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex tenders/projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract management, and compliance.
