We're seeking a Director of Business Analysis to lead our enterprise-wide data and analytics efforts, elevate organizational data literacy, and drive meaningful business outcomes at Imperial Supplies. What You'll Do
As the strategic champion for data analytics across the company, you will:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with executives and department heads to embed data into key business decisions.
- Shape the future of customer segmentation, sales targeting, and operational insights by designing impactful tools and models.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of talented analysts to build cutting-edge capabilities and grow their careers.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Champion self-serve analytics by building a data-literate culture and deploying intuitive visualizations and tools.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Governance to standardize our analytics tools, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the analytics community.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in analytics-related roles with 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading enterprise analytics or data transformation initiatives.
- Advanced skills in analytics platforms, statistical methods, and delivering data-driven presentations.
- Expertise with tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge in DSML, automation, and analytics in a distribution environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile delivery methods.
