We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join the Valencia College Foundation Team. In the Director, Donor Relations & Experiences position you will have the opportunity to manage and enhance the stewardship and recognition of donors to Valencia College Foundation. This role is essential in ensuring donors are informed, appreciated, and connected to the impact of their philanthropic investments in student success.

The Director will develop and execute strategies to sustain and deepen donor relationships through general and personalized communication, stewardship reporting, and donor recognition events, all aligned with the Foundation’s mission to support Valencia College.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions [required].
• Four years of experience in donor relations, stewardship, or a related role [required].
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit sector [preferred].
• Experience with executing donor recognition events [preferred].

Salary: $79,726 - $100,454 per year
