What You’ll Do:
- Craft and lead a thoughtful fundraising strategy that fuels our mission and sustains our programs.
- Build deep, authentic relationships with donors, ensuring they feel connected to the lives they are changing.
- Build from the ground up, powerful campaigns and events that inspire giving and celebrate community.
- Partner with our Vice President of Advancement to strengthen our network of champions and advocates.
- Share the impact of our work through stories, reports, and conversations that move hearts and open doors.
Who you are:
- An excellent communicator who can bring stories to life and make complex ideas clear.
- Experienced in nonprofit fundraising (3+ years preferred), with a track record in securing gifts or sponsorships.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on work—you can dream big an also roll up your sleeves.
- Excited about managing details that keep appeals, stewardship activities, and agency communication organized and engaging.
- Skilled at building trust, fostering relationships, and creating partnerships that last.
- Tech-savvy with donor management systems (knowledge of Bloomerang a plus).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products, including Excel and Word.
- Excited to work collaboratively, with a spirit of curiosity, creativity, and joy.
Bachelors in communications, business, human services, or other related field preferred. Valid driver’s license & vehicle for mostly Western MA travel.
