The Role
As Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for advancing Deveraux’s people strategy and supporting our continued growth. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on impact, designing HR frameworks that scale with the business, strengthening culture, and positioning Deveraux as a top employer nationally. Your portfolio will include:

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
You are a strategic HR architect with a proven ability to scale HR practices in growing complex organizations. You bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Strength in employee relations, payroll/benefits administration, and HR compliance
- A collaborative, approachable leadership style with the ability to influence at the executive level
- A passion for creating inclusive, high-performance workplaces
