The Director of University Advancement Communication will execute on the Advancement communication strategy to support the University's fundraising, stewardship and engagement goals in alignment with the University's brand, Strategic Plan and capital campaign. The Director will draw on the strengths and talents of the University Communication and Marketing team, working with partners in University Advancement and its various departments, including Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Athletics Development, Family Engagement and Philanthropy, Special Events, and Regional Development, as well as the University's six Schools and Colleges, to manage an array of communication and marketing projects. The Director will oversee the tactical, day-to-day operations and budget of the UAC department. The Director will also undertake and manage a portfolio of projects on priority advancement communication and marketing initiatives in consultation with the Assistant Vice President, University Advancement Communication.

This position falls within salaried grade 17 and the range for this position is $100,800 $106,000. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate's qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity.
