What You’ll Lead:
Community Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring financial health, efficient HR practices, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
We are looking for a purpose-driven leader with a passion for senior care and a track record of operational excellence. If you have the following, we want to hear from you!
Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: You bring 5+ years of senior-level leadership in senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC). Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care? Even better.
Licensing: You’re licensed as a Nursing Facility Administrator in Texas and have a valid driver’s license.
Core Skills: You know your numbers and your people—strong financial insight, exceptional communication, and a talent for navigating complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
