EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | SANTA FE PRO MUSICA

Santa Fe Pro Musica (SFPM), a GRAMMY nominated classical music organization, based in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to collaborate with its Board in defining the strategy for and leading the growth of the organization into its fifth decade.

The Executive Director, as Pro Musica’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, is responsible for implementing our mutually agreed vision, managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, and collaborating with our World Class Artistic Director. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and oversees a current annual budget of over $1 million, with a plan to grow that significantly in the future.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Prior experience
  • 5+ years in non-profit management senior leadership positions
  • Demonstrated fund raising ability and strategic planning to support future growth
  • Financial management and reporting including detailed concert by concert budgeting
  • Deep experience with the production of classical music performance, and personal musicianship is strongly preferred
• A leader and a collaborator with excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
