Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a private equity firm for a newly created Finance Manager role in London. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a rare opportunity to gain broad exposure across corporate accounting and fund accounting.

Finance Manager - Fund & Corporate Accounting

Location: London

Salary: £75,000-£90,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 50%)

Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 from home

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact position within a lean finance team. You will take ownership of key accounting, reporting, and treasury functions, while also supporting commercial initiatives like FP&A and financial modelling. Ideal for a technically strong finance professional ready to step up in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance ops: bookkeeping, payments, payroll, expenses
• Liaise with third-party fund administrators
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP)
• Support VAT returns, tax compliance, and year-end audit
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• Build models for performance tracking and analysis
• Contribute to board and management reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive process improvement as the business scales

Your Profile

• ACA/ ACCA Qualified
• 1-3 years PQE in industry at a Private Equity firm (or equivalent)
