We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Manager to join our team at Spruce Peak! The Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals and ensuring world-class service is provided to all guests. The Front Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Bell/Valet Services, and Concierge which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and maintaining proper staffing levels for customer service goals. Additionally, they will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. The Front Desk Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Duties include:
• Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the hotel's Front Office operations
• Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manage within those approved plans
• Maintain guest room inventory
• Coach and counsel employees on the Spruce Peak Service Standards and Procedures
• Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent communication with the housekeeping department
• Maintain information on prices, rates, specials, packages, programs, etc, while ensuring all staff are trained in all areas
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
• Ensures proper staffing levels for customer service goals

Pay Range: $70,000 -$80,000 per year

Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience in high-volume & luxury establishments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to adapt to changing guest and business needs.
