Our client is a global alternative investment manager that is looking to grow considerably over the next few years and their London operations are now looking to recruit for a fully-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Fund Controller with professional training from a Big 4 (or top 10 chartered accountancy practice) coupled with experience from industry, preferably within a Private Credit fund. Profile Criteria:

1. 1. Fully-Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) candidate with professional training from a Big 4 (or top 10 chartered accountancy practice) firm.
   2. Industry experience (min. of 3-5 years, the more the better) from a Private Credit fund. The ideal candidate would need closed or some open-ended fund experience.
   3. Strong knowledge and experience of reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
   4. Articulate and confident with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• • Lead and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
  • Oversee NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital activity (calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions)
  • Review and approve quarterly and annual fund financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures around fund operations and accounting
  • Provide support with portfolio analysis, structuring, and ad hoc reporting
  • Monitor compliance with fund governing documents (LPA, offering documents, side letters)
  • Assist with system/process improvements, including automation and scalability initiatives across fund finance
  • Provide input into valuation processes for illiquid investments in coordination with the Valuation Committee
  • Mentor and supervise junior members of the team
