Description
OverviewThe Links at West Fork, located in Conroe, TX is looking for a General Manager to lead daily operations of our golf course, clubhouse, pro shop, and food & beverage service. This role is all about leadership, membership growth, and creating the best golf experience in the area.
Experience Required
- 5+ years in golf, club, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership & customer service skills
- Financial & F&B management experience
- PGA or CMAA affiliation
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee staff, clubhouse, pro shop & F&B operations
- Grow membership & build community engagement
- Work with the superintendent to maintain top course conditions
- Plan tournaments, outings, and special events
- Manage budgets & ensure smooth operations
