Twin Falls Golf Club Operation and Management

City of Twin Falls, Idaho

The City of Twin Falls is seeking proposals from qualified PGA professionals or companies interested in operating and managing the Twin Falls Golf Club. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to determine the private sector interest in entering into a Concession Agreement for the management of the Twin Falls Golf Club.

The City is interested in receiving proposals that will allow for the maximization of this community asset and accompanying assets; which include restaurant, full alcoholic beverage license, club house, pro shop, driving range, practice putting green, and more.

This process is intentionally open and broad, allowing all interested responders the opportunity to be creative and innovative in their approach.

In order to be considered, a responsive proposer must be, or intend to employ onsite, a PGA Class A professional, have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Pro or Assistant Pro managing a public golf course, and possess sufficient knowledge of golf course operations including pro shop, restaurant, course and greens maintenance, program development and customer service.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00pm Friday, September 19, 2025, local prevailing time.
