Fox Hill is a luxury senior community in Bethesda, Maryland https://foxhillresidences.com/.   The property was developed as a condominium regime that includes a Master Condominium comprised of three units; a Residential Condominium, a "care center unit," and an "amenities unit."  The master board has three members appointed by each unit.  The Residential Board is comprised of seven members who are elected by the 240 owners of the Residential Condominium.  The property is managed by Sunrise Senior Living per separate contracts with both the Residential and Master condominiums.  Sunrise also acts as agents for the owners of the amenities and care center units.  The GM for this community manages both condominiums, all Sunrise staff, and operations at the property as a whole.  The link to Sunrise's posting, which includes a job description and the email address to submit interest and resumes, is:
