Description
Acura of Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and high-end sales management. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM software and sales techniques.
Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, inventory control, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Qualifications
Must have 3 years or more of proven experience in high-end automotive sales management.
Must meet requirements to be vetted by a complete MVR, background and credit inquiry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Familiarity with Reynolds Ignite, Dealertrack and CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Experience in automobile or dealership sales is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients over the phone.
Ability to analyze data related to inventory management and retail math concepts.
