Global Equities - Analyst/Associate - Boston Institutional Equity Sales Assistant
Job Description:
The Institutional Equity Sales Assistant will support the Boston Global Equity Sales team who cover the Boston-based Institutional Investor client base with BofA Securities' Global Equity offering across Research, Trading, Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Prime Brokerage.
To help facilitate the equity advisory needs of our clients, the candidate will need exceptional communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. A strong interest and passion for the equity markets is absolutely required. The candidate must be highly organized, diligent, and be able to multi-task at all times to support the needs of the Boston equity sales team. The individual needs to be a very motivated, self-starter who has the ability to creatively solve problems in order to support the entire Boston equity sales team's focus on assisting clients.
This is a support role for the Boston Equity Sales team and depending on the candidate's experience will also have direct account coverage.
This role will either be an Analyst or Associate level depending on the candidate's experience.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required
- SIE + Series 7 and 63 licenses required (if not already licensed, successful candidate will be required to sit for these exams shortly after joining the team)
- 0-6 years' experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
