I am currently partner with a large PE backed TMT business looking to bring in a Group Finance Manager to come and join a growing team. For this role you will report into the Group Financial Controller and work in a small however efficient and growing team, this role is perfect for someone who is a second mover out of practice. In this role you will lean on your technical skills to support the group and be able to bring commercial awareness and skills.
This is a super exciting time to join the business which operate a hybrid working model usually 2 - 3 days in the office however there is flexibility to which days you go in. You will work in a close knit team where team work is essential is in a rewarding environment.
• You will be responsible for the monthly financial reporting for the group.
• Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management.
• Lead on the statutory financial statements and partner with the external auditors.
• Partner and work closely with other areas of the business to
• Maintain and improve robust controls and procedures to help save time and keep on top of new tools.
• Assist the Finance Director and CFO with any ad-hoc tasks which may arise.
• Help manage and train more junior staff members of the team.
• For this position have worked in practice and be ACA qualified. Either someone who has manged in practice or moved to industry and looking for that next step in their career.
