Infinity Communications is a national leader in providing construction, installation, optimization and maintenance of wireless communications tower sites. Founded in 2012, Infinity remains family owned with a 130+ person workforce that spans 32 states and utilizes subcontractors as needed.
HR Director
This position is a full-time on-site role based at the Durham, North Carolina headquarters. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including:
- Management of daily HR tasks as the primary contact for questions and challenges around performance, payroll, timekeeping and benefits. Position will lead compliance and workplace incident investigations.
- Employment compliance knowledge and resourcefulness to address labor laws and regulations in multiple states including California. This will include developing training programs for federal and state requirements with all corresponding documentation and recordkeeping. The HR director will be the company’s point of contact for external agencies and legal representatives.
- Oversight of software systems including payroll and other HR functions.
- Performance management processes to include schedules, management education and roll out of a robust feedback and reward system.
- Recruitment and selection of personnel, emphasizing plans to attract specific trade specialists.
- Employee engagement initiatives to elevate and maintain a productive and high retention culture.
- Workforce enhancement and succession planning to identify talent, leadership and skill opportunities for growing valued employees.
- Continued development and analysis of a complete benefits package with leadership buy in and employee support and education.
As a key member of Infinity’s leadership team, the HR Director will create, implement and regularly update an overarching workforce strategy.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary range for the HR Director is between $110,000 and $130,000, commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Travel to off-site locations is required approximately one week every 4-6 months with ample time and flexibility allotted for scheduling.
