SUMMARY

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS systems of the company. This individual serves as a technical point of contact and ensures data integrity, testing of systems changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains and updates information in HRIS
• Serves as a contact for employees with HRIS issues
• Supports all HRIS applications, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, employee self-service, etc.
• Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate report writer tools. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Completes routine audits of HRIS systems, timekeeping records, etc.
• Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS users
• Trains new users on HRIS Systems

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical ability and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma and/or 2 years of experience
• PHR/SPHR preferred
• Prior experience with ADP payroll, timekeeping, reporting and benefits system a plus
• The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience

MATHMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic math skills

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to analyze complex data
