Description
Job Responsibilities:- Project management and post-investment monitoring;
- Sector fundamental research and analysis;
- Financial and operational analysis on transaction target;
- Financial and analytics related works on target valuation;
- Draft investment proposals, loan proposals and post-investment monitoring report for internal review and approval;
- Coordinate with other professional parties and review of transaction documents;
- Coordinate with internal and external clients;
- Keep abreast with capital markets environment;
- Establish and maintain working relationship with institutional clients and corporate clients for new investment opportunities;
- Meet with all internal operational and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate (or above) degree in relevant areas;
- With 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably with Big 4 auditing experience or investment/corporate finance experience;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent language skills: listening, written and spoken English /Chinese;
- Strong financial analysis skills (including basic modeling skill), securities analysis, correspondence skill;
- Good reasoning & presentation skills;
- Attentive to details;
- Strong interest and aspiration in financial capital markets.
