Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is seeking a Large-Scale Community Manager for an HOA community in Aldie, Virginia.  We're looking for a Community Manager, who is interested in investing their talent in our fast-growing company and providing quality service to our customer. 

Requirements

Successful candidates will have prior large-scale HOA and/or condominium management experience and hold a PCAM designation from CAI.  Proven leadership skills and sound business judgment are required for this position, along with a strong customer service orientation and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Prior experience must include contract management, budgeting, financial analysis and staff supervision.
