Description

We are hiring a full-time Manager of Inside Sales and Support to join our team. Teamwork and organization are essential as this position continuously coordinates with all departments in the organization.  This position is salary and based in Rapid City, South Dakota. 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

           Leading the Data Insight & Support Subscriptions with customers.

           Parts ordering both sales and warranty.

           Identifying and tracking all world grant programs and green initiatives.

           Overseeing customer sales programs.

           Working with Training to develop and implement employee education programs.

           Providing the Sales team with lead origination.

           Power user with CRM.

           Actively answering the incoming sales inquiry emails and calls.

           Working with Marketing in brand messaging.

           Tracking payments for additional revenue streams.

           Participating in trade show events.

           Attending Trade events representing C-Lock, Inc.

           Liaison between Sales and Support.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

           Proficient in Microsoft office, word, excel, SalesForce, and Genius

           Able to utilize general office equipment.

           Experience in manufacturing and customer relationship management systems.

           High attention to detail.

           Must have a clean driving record.

           Must be self-directed, motivated, and outgoing.

           Must have strong written and communication skills.

           Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

           Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.

           Availability for domestic and international travel may be 10%.
