Bronson LakeView is a 16-bed critical access hospital serving Van Buren and Kalamazoo counties. We provide acute care, surgery, and emergency services with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional, community-focused care.
Our Surgical Services Department is primarily ambulatory care, featuring:
2 Operating Rooms
1 Procedure Room
Departments: Operating Room, Pre-/Post-Op, and Sterile Reprocessing
Schedule: Full-time, business hours – no weekends or emergency call required

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required
3–5 years of surgical services experience preferred
Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or MBA preferred
Active Michigan RN license
BLS certification
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in EMR systems and data-driven decision making

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing surgical nursing team
Oversee daily operations across surgical services
Ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction goals are met
Develop and manage budgets, policies, and performance strategies
