Manager, Workday Consulting - Workday Human Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Tampa, FL. Design and develop industry tailored systems and procedures that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation. Leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources, talent management, and finance. Help clients reinvent the way they process human capital management and drive change across their businesses to operate more efficiently and effectively. Solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Provide strategic value through productivity and business effectiveness improvements with Workday. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding Workday Prism Analytics. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Identify new service opportunities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $167,000 - $189,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Information Sciences,

Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Information Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

Developing industry tailored solutions that support clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation;

Developing architecture design, creating reference and solution specific architectures for HCM solutions within well-architected framework;

Determining financial analytics and data modeling and underlying systems in order to identify where in a client ecosystem to source data, how to extract it, and how to land / model it in the cloud solution environment; and

Helping clients to leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources, talent management, and finance.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
