Located in the heart of Lawndale, CA, our busy walk-in clinic has long served as a trusted resource for pet owners throughout the Los Angeles area. We’re equipped with:

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives on both clinical excellence and strategic growth. As Medical Director, you'll lead medical care initiatives and partner with hospital management & practice owner to improve operations, develop staff, and expand our services. Your leadership will directly shape how we grow and the care we provide.
You will:
Elevate Medical Standards: Review and enhance protocols, encourage evidence-based care, and champion patient outcomes
Develop the Team: Mentor and support staff in clinical skill-building and case management
Grow the Practice: Identify opportunities to expand services, increase efficiency, and improve client satisfaction
Drive Culture: Foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment that reflects your values and vision
