Your new role

• Oversee office operations, facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance-related tasks including insurance, contracts, and disaster prevention
• Support employee services such as housing, attendance tracking, training, and organizing company-wide events and team activities
• Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, personnel record management, social insurance procedures, compliance documentation, and recruitment coordination for back-office roles
• Manage IT equipment procurement, setup, inventory, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring smooth onboarding and maintenance of office hardware
• Coordinate with internal and external IT support for access management, offboarding, vendor relations, and resolution of technical issues

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in relevant role
• Business level English
