Join our thriving supplements company as our PPC Manager, and lead the way in optimizing impactful advertising campaigns across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Google, Bing, and social media channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.). If you’re passionate about PPC strategies, driving sales growth, and leveraging data analytics to maximize ROI, we want you on our team!
In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and web management teams to align PPC initiatives with our overarching business goals. Your expertise in analyzing campaign performance, customer lifecycle, and purchasing patterns will ensure our substantial ad spend achieves optimal results. Reporting directly to the EVP of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's continued growth.
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 annually.

As our PPC Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies designed to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and robust sales growth
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, continuously adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI
- Conduct deep analytical assessments of PPC campaign performance, customer lifecycle value, average purchase size, and consumer buying patterns
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in PPC advertising and the supplements industry, proactively recommending and implementing innovative campaign strategies
- Work hand-in-hand with our Web Manager to enhance online lead generation, sales outcomes, and ROI optimization

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within health and supplements or related industries
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Expert proficiency with PPC platforms including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices integrated within PPC campaigns
- Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Helium 10) and proficiency in analyzing customer behavior metrics
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights effectively
- Google Ads Certification highly preferred
- Ability to commute within 45 minutes of Middlesex, NJ, and work onsite Monday-Friday, 9-5
