Are you a compassionate, dedicated massage therapist looking to expand your skills in a supportive and enriching environment? Muscle Precision Therapy, a leading massage and wellness clinic in South Jordan, Utah, is looking for up to three licensed massage therapists to join our team.
At Muscle Precision Therapy, we offer a beautiful, ambient setting for therapeutic massage, combined with opportunities for advanced clinical work when needed. We are passionate about helping our therapists grow. If you have a strong foundation in Swedish and other school-taught modalities and are eager to learn more advanced techniques used in a clinical setting, we would love to hear from you.
No prior clinical experience is required; we provide on-the-job training to help you expand your skills and confidence in these areas. We believe in nurturing your growth and supporting your career journey.

Requirements
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT): You must hold a current massage therapy license. We welcome therapists at all stages of their career, and we especially appreciate those who are newer to the field and eager to learn. We’ve found that therapists who are fresh out of school often have open minds and a real enthusiasm for learning the unique and advanced modalities we offer.
Positive Attitude and Professionalism: We’re looking for individuals who are punctual, arriving 20-30 minutes before their shift to prep their room and ensure a smooth transition for the next therapist. Good hygiene, a team-oriented spirit, and a willingness to keep the space welcoming and tidy are a must.
Interest in Continuing Education: While prior clinical experience isn’t required, we do ask that you have a genuine interest in expanding your skills through our on-the-job training. We love helping our therapists grow, and we provide opportunities for continuing education in advanced techniques that go beyond standard school curricula.
