Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Review and organize technical documentation for consumer and pet products.
- Manage and register non-conformities.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support internal own-brand product development teams.
- Contribute to quality reporting and data analysis.
- Review information in instruction manuals and packaging.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
- Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
