Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a product manager.
- Demonstrated understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse teams
toward a shared vision.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

What You'll Need:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market execution.

- Collaborate with UX/UI, development, marketing, and analytics teams to define and refine product features aligned with business objectives.

- Evaluate market trends and customer insights to ensure product relevance, competitiveness, and innovation.

- Work closely with Product R&D and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient development and timely delivery of product enhancements.

- Monitor product performance through key KPIs and generate data-driven reports for continuous improvement.

- Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
