プロジェクトマネ-ジャ-は,"グランツ-リスモ"シリ-ズ制作における開発チ-ム単位のプロジェクト起案から進捗管理を担当します.
• プロジェクトの起案(目標,タスク優先度,ロ-ドマップの設定)
• プロジェクトの進捗管理
• 関係部署との調整業務
• 開発における各種サポ-ト

を意識した体制を念頭に置いてプロジェクト全体を俯瞰し,課題によって関係者とチ-ムメンバ-を繋ぎ,プロジェクトを円滑に進めていくコミュニケ-ション能力,仕様変更やスケジュ-ル変更などのリクエストに対してフレキシブルに関係部署と調整を行い,適切なプランを導き出すマネジメント力を有した人材を求めています.

• Office製品の使用経験(Excel,Word,Power Point)
• 十分なコミュニケ-ション能力

• 英語(定型的なメ-ル作成や文章のやりとりができる)
