What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients in warehouse automation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
Build relationships through networking, outreach, and industry events
Qualify leads and assess client requirements and pain points
Provide technical expertise and consultation on automation solutions
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market and customer feedback to guide product development and marketing
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minor in Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, preferably in the field of warehouse automation or industrial automation
Strong technical understanding of automation technologies, conveyors, sortation equipment, and industrial systems
Proven track record of acquiring new clients without pre-existing contacts
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
Willingness to travel up to 50%
