- Senior Account Manager, Brands (Texas/Wisconsin)
Description
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the company’s most strategic and high-value accounts, setting the direction for how we grow our business with top-tier partners. You will develop account-specific sales strategies, lead complex negotiations, and create scalable campaigns that drive business impact across leagues and territories. You will also play a key role in shaping the broader sales strategy by guiding and influencing the work of other Account Managers. This role requires strategic thinking, executive-level communication, and deep experience in managing large retail partners or high-profile sports properties.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Lead strategic planning and sales execution for the company’s largest and most complex accounts.
- Serve as the senior relationship manager with key team, league, and retail partner leadership.
- Develop strategic sales roadmaps, promotional calendars, and growth plans tailored to each major account.
- Design and launch campaigns, programs, and sales initiatives to be executed by Account Managers across territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across merchandising, planning, licensing, and operations to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment.
- Deliver performance recaps, insights, and recommendations directly to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead seasonal business reviews and top-to-top meetings with retail and licensing partners.
- Synthesize market, customer, and POS data to proactively drive business decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
- Identify and recommend replenishment and chase opportunities aligned to market demand and customer needs.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations and Planning to align on forecasts, inventory strategies, and in-season management.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and thought leadership to Account Managers
- Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional initiatives that impact how the business engages and grows its customer base.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or sales, preferably with major retail or licensing partners.
- Demonstrated success in growing high-value accounts and leading complex sales engagements.
- Strong ability to craft and execute strategic plans with measurable business outcomes.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative leadership style with a proven ability to influence across departments and levels.
- Passion for sports and experience working within or alongside major sports leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for key account meetings, events, and strategic presentations.
