Description

• Manage consistent delivery of good quality products within specified timelines to the client.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting and fund administration, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, either in Credit or Hybrid space.
• Provide guidance and direction to team on all technical and client-service-related topics
• Handle client requests or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders, both internally and externally to meet work objectives.
• Have a continuous process improvement mindset, with strong execution skills.
• Support corporate goals and business/departmental initiatives
• Manage the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client, and auditors
• Review workpapers or workings, where appropriate

Profile

• At least 15 years' experience, preferably with fund administrator or buy-side background
• Minimum 5 years in Private Credit or Hybrid
• Experience in people management/leading a team, including developing a high-performing team.
• Very strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and more broadly to drive longer term business goals.
• Knowledge of Singapore FRS, IFRS and US GAAP
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, with strong execution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills, Geneva is considered a plus
