Your new role

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for oversight and control of all Finance and Accounting activities, including: Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Forecasts, Budgets, Tax, and Audits. The Senior Finance Manager reports directly to the Head of Finance.

What you'll need to succeed

Native level Japanese and Business English

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
Sound knowledge of handling a full set of accounts and tax matters.
7+ years of financial/accounting experience with at least 1 year of management experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
