Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for guiding technical projects from concept to completion? We're looking for a Software Development Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Project Lifecycle: Manage software development projects from initiation to deployment, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and Optimize: Work closely with business teams to analyze and document processes, translating business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders and fostering a collaborative environment within the development team.
• Solve Problems: Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Manage Tools & Resources: Use project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Zoho Projects to plan tasks, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
• Contribute to Design & Code: Leverage your foundational knowledge of coding and system design to participate in technical discussions and make informed decisions.
• Oversee Version Control: Understand and utilize Git and GitHub for managing code repositories and collaboration.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within a software development or IT environment.
• Technical Skills: A basic understanding of coding principles and system design. Experience with GitHub is a must.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable plans.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactivity: A self-starter who takes ownership and anticipates challenges before they arise.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management software such as Jira, Notion, or Zoho Projects.
