WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Leadership & Autonomy: Independently lead and manage end-to-end Managed Review projects across EMEA, with full ownership over review strategy, execution, and client satisfaction
- Client-Facing Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, lead high-level meetings, and represent the OpenText Managed Review team in strategic discussions
- Strategic Oversight & Mentorship: Mentor junior review managers, shape departmental goals, contribute to training materials, and drive best practices across teams
- Cutting-Edge Technology & Innovation: Play a key role in the adoption of AI-powered review tools and technologies, while staying current with industry trends and eDiscovery advancements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Training, and Professional Services to ensure integrated, client-aligned service delivery
- Performance & Quality Management: Supervise entire review lifecycle (including QC and Handoff), manage team performance, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance
- Professional Growth & Certifications: Opportunity to build credentials with OpenText tools, project management certifications, and gain experience in a global legal tech environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong Legal & Technical Background: Completion of first and second state exams (or equivalent legal European qualifications), along with deep understanding of litigation lifecycle, EDRM, and technology-assisted review (TAR/CAL)
- Leadership & Team Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate large document review teams for litigation-related projects, data subject access request projects, and data breach projects while ensuring quality, performance, and professionalism
- Project Management Expertise: Experience in creating and executing project plans, managing resources and timelines, and delivering under tight deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Client-Focused Mindset: High-level client service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs, manage expectations, and build long-term trusted relationships
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Proactive approach to identifying process enhancements, contributing to innovation, and driving adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OpenText eDiscovery (formerly Axcelerate) or similar platforms; ability to demonstrate and explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise
- Flexibility & Resilience: Willingness to travel across Europe as needed; ability to adapt in dynamic environments while maintaining focus and quality
- Excellent Communication Abilities: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one European language, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
